Getting on the plane. Apparently there are some problems with water from the forward lavatories leaking down into the electronics directly below. I am surprisingly unworried about this.

Hmmm. The United web site claimed the plane was late due to "Air Traffic Control Issues". Your SF to Boston flight was first delayed due to "Crew Scheduling" and then "Aircraft Service Issues" (I don't remember the exact wording on the last). I'll be interested to hear what you're told cause the delay in leaving San Francisco.
